• Step: 1 Enter Your Customer ID / OBO TID and Health Voucher Number.
• Step: 2 Customer Needs to Enter Details like Address, Mobile No. , Preferred checkup time, Pincode etc.
• Step: 3 Our Executive will contact you as soon as possible and confirm availability (we will let you know whether it will be at your place or laboratory)
• Step: 4 Executive of Affiliated labs will call you and confirm the timings once again
• Step: 5 You will get email in 48 hours and even Hard copy of report will be sent to customer Directly by Courier in the same 48 hours.
